McDonald's - Niagara Falls

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The staff is very young and rude, with new managers who seem unable to handle their positions. There is no greeting when you enter and the overall service is terrible. There are three other McDonald's locations in the city that are well managed, but this one seems to be poorly run. My son has had to wait outside in the rain and cold after 11:00 for food delivery services to pick up orders, as the staff inside are too busy to answer the doorbell. The cleanliness is also subpar. I will never return to this McDonald's unless they improve their franchise. It seems like this location is being investigated by food delivery companies for questionable practices. It is clear that more thorough background checks should be conducted for those applying to run this franchise.

I had a near altercation with a woman who was impatient while driving and honked at me when I didn't move fast enough at a green light. Later, I encountered her again at a McDonald's where she continued to be rude and blamed me for the incident. When I stood up for myself, her daughter, who was the manager, intervened and asked me to leave. As I was leaving, things escalated and the police were threatened to be called. Overall, the situation was unprofessional and I felt threatened by the woman and her daughter's behavior. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This is my fourth time experiencing poor service at this restaurant. There was no egg included in the big breakfast, coffee grains were found in my coffee cup, and there was no jam provided. Additionally, on March 25th, 2020, I received hot hash browns that were overcooked at 4:53 am. This store is in desperate need of new management as the workers are clearly lazy.

We love Mc Donalds, but our experience with the manager here was anything but pleasant and ruins our entire lunch. Our entire experience was ruined by the manager who would not leave us all the visit. There was a girl on cash for a long line of people who obviously didn't want to use the self-order machines, so the manager came and pushed people to use it, but more so annoying while we didn't want to talk. When my friend and I, like most people, get fast food, we are usually not in the mood for social interaction with the staff, and are happy to get only our meals, sitting in peace, and going. While he chose a place so far away from the anger, the table went to talk to people, he came by and always asked if we wanted to wipe the table when we said "No thanks". The food came fast, but the girl brought our drink filled with coke we didn't order and you should fill it yourself. Then the manager came by and interrupted our conversation and commented on the way I ate my packaging when I told him the reason I didn't want to use the ordering machine because I am Picky. There is no need that people come and check, and interrupt in a FAST FOOD restaurant, and especially to hang when clearly not welcome, and then comment on how someone eats. The entire experience at a fast food place where we are usually happy was ruined.

This is the second Mc Donald's my husband and I've been to today for our beverages! Great experience, helpful, and very friendly staff! Thanks for such great service. We ordered a decaf coffee (not piping hot, but still drinkable) my sugar free vanilla latte was...done correctly, and tasted great, and our Mc Flurries were delicious! Visited April 28th 7:20pm.
