Michael's Inn - Niagara Falls

I will stay here again. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Room was very spacious Bathroom was clean. Nice pool area. We will stay here again!

I think Michael's Inn is now the Travelodge Fallsview Resort. Same address. I have written a review for the Travelodge venue following my stay in late May.A dated facility with an excellent staff who promptly responds to any issues that they are informed about. Impressed by a young male employee who saw my senior sister struggling with her baggage cart and intervened to get her safely to her room. He refused a tip!Breakfast buffet available for $9.95. Parking fee of $15 plus tax per night.Excellent location at foot of Rainbow Bridge.

The hotel was excellent value for money, its location was not bad, walking to the falls approx. 8-10 minutes. Close to the restaurant area. The room was spacious, with a small sofa, table, armchairs. Somewhat dated, but correct. The bathroom is large and in perfect condition. I remember there was a small indoor pool although we did not have time to test it. I went in June 2013.

We were staying at the hotel so we had breakfast included, however it was a disaster. They served late, delaying the schedule more than an hour, all breakfast was bread or cereal. Also, it was not enough for the guests that we expected the service.

The hotel is mid level. do not expect much. just the basics. it was the best options compared to the others hotels in the area. I do not think I will use it again unless I have no other options. I do recommend to increase your budget a little bit and get something nice.
