Mr Sub - Niagara Falls

None of our four orders were correct. The buffalo chicken sandwich did not taste like buffalo chicken. It was supposed to come with onion straws, but it only had plain onions. The assorted sandwich was supposed to come with sub sauce, but it had mayonnaise instead. There was also no cheese on the sandwich. I will not be returning to this restaurant. These were the worst subs I have ever had.

During our vacation, we make it a point to dine at restaurants we can't experience in our hometown. However, this particular place was a disappointment. The options were limited and the food was only average. Nearby options like Metro, Quiznos, and Firehouse Subs are far superior. Additionally, this restaurant was more expensive than others in the area. Overall, I would not recommend dining here.

This restaurant felt like a budget version of Subway. The ingredients were not very impressive, but average. I felt bad for the staff since there weren't many customers. The area seemed to have low foot traffic as my nephew and I were the only ones there at noon. I ordered the Louisiana Pepper chicken, which didn't look as appetizing as it did in the picture. The flavor had a slight spicy kick to it. Overall, this dining experience was not the best and I would prefer to choose Subway next time.

I'm surprised I'm writing an evaluation to a Mr. Sub location, but this place makes a great sub! The staff was very friendly and polite. I made my sandwich as I wanted. I recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and used this Mr. Subs for lunch. Great service and good subs. There were 2 people working making things move much more smoothly.
