Phyl's All Day Breakfast Family Restaurant

Great little place. The food was very good. The service was good but a little more attention would be nice since our table didn't have syrup and I would've liked a coffee refill. The decor is quite dated and all of the lights were off just sunlight through the big windows.I would go again. Definitely worth leaving the tourist area as your budget will go much further and the food is better here.

The food was excellent and we would have enjoyed it more if the service was better. After we received our food the waitress did not come back to check with us a single time until after we had finished eating, stacked our plates, and sat waiting for her. After taking the plates we then had to wait for over 20 minutes just to get our bill. The waitresses were seemingly focused on a select few tables going back to them many times yet leaving us waiting. It did not seem like a lack of available staff, just a lack of customer service skills.

Extremely pleased to find this old-fashion diner with jolly waitstaff, quality food and atmosphere with not a single sticky table! Highly recommend on your trip to Niagara Falls.

LOVED IT!!! Staff was SO nice!! We had to wait a bit for tables to be cleaned, but they let us know instead of saying nothing like most places. I got steak and eggs, the steak could have been bigger but that’s a me problem! My daughter didn’t want eggs so no eggs. Also this home fries AMAZING!!

We arrived at 12:45, ordered by 1:05. All the food came out cold. Eggs were cold, waffle was so cold the butter did not melt. The sandwich was also cold. The soup was not rich and thick, more like a broth. Nothing tasted good. They started cleaning up before we were done. Turns out they close at 2pm. Seems they served us leftovers without bothering to warm them. And started cleanup before we were finished eating.
