Planet Hollywood - Niagara Falls

Came here and called and they said it was opened and I come and it’s closed so dead did not get the experience kids were really bummed still got to see the hand prints and cars but I was a little mad that is why I gave it a one star went there when I was younger it was so fun I’m just sad that my kids did not get to see it and have the greatest experience ever but a little bummed but still got to see some stuff 1 star Atmosphere: 1

I wandered around looking for somewhere to have dinner. I ended up over by Planet Hollywood. I went in. I got seated. I sat there. I sat there some more. Several servers walked past my table. Not a single one acknowledged I was there. I sat a few more minutes. Then I got up and left. They weren't busy. They just suck. So I ended up at the Hard Rock again because it was nearby. In the time it took Hard Rock to seat me, take my order, bring my drink AND my food, Planet Hollywood hadn't even said they'll be right with me.

Left planet Hollywood as we sat there for 25 min at a table with menu's closed and NO one even asked us if we wanted a water!!! So we complained and LEFT!!!

This place would be amazing if it was 1992 and the celebs would spend some money on upkeep. The positive is that the waiters are trying to be really nice and accommodating but that's only because they know whoever is in the kitchen seriously needs a career change. To be fair I think this place looks and feels like it does because they are too busy discounting services to make up for the ****. Yeesh.

I haven't been inside this place but it looks amazing on the outside. It's definitely worth taking pictures in front of this place.
