Subway - Niagara Falls

I like subway but this one is awful . They don't ask you what you want on your sandwich. That's the whole point of why I go there I like to choose what goes on it!! The bread was hard and stale. Took a bite and threw it away. If I was Subway I'd take my name off that place. It's ruining there name.

This has to be the worst Subway in the history of Subways. My family and I went in to get breakfast before we left Canada and I was so upset by the time we left I did not get anything to eat. The four of us walked up to the counter and the Subway employee asked the first three members of our family for their order. Her friend came in half way through making our order and she completely lost focus on customer service. My husband went to the restroom with our son so I was there to pay the bill at the checkout...that is when she stopped to ask me if I wanted something. At that point I was just ready to go. If you are ever in the area please skip this place the customer service here is awful!

Love this location. There was really no where for me to park. So I put my hazards on and ran in quickly and told them I was In a rush. The gentleman working was awesome. Super quick and fresh. And I got to eat even though we were in a super rush. Thank you so much for that

It is really nice store, good customer service, not busy, with washroom on the site. They offer a variety of breads, toppings and have place to sit and enjoy your meal.

Nothing new or exciting. I wanted to get a soup and six inch for lunch. However, they had no soup, which seemed odd since it was only noon. The lady making my sub wasn't sure what spinach was as she tried to put green olives on my sub instead. Overall, good quick lunch.
