Keg Restaurants - Niagara Falls

Asked for Fallsview but those are limited, even though this was booked well in advance. Settled for decent seating. Server was very casual. Didn't ask about special occasions, didn't even know his name. I think it's just because its a touristy place. But we still pay a lot for dinner and the level of service was lacking. Food was keg normal, a side dish was cold. Location is nice and easy to access from many of the falls hotels.

Read the reviews seemed very good. Experience is different. Food quality average, service average, value average given it's a tourist trap. Food came before our drinks order, drinks order was wrong, given there was only two people I found this bizarre. Very much working on volume sales. Didn't enjoy it wish we had tried elsewhere. Think carefully before choosing.

This is our third visit to The Keg and somehow it gets better and better. We are frequent fine diners and The Keg can hold its own with ANYONE! The food is fresh, fantastic flawless. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely professional. His support staff rocked. The staff at The Keg just don't make mistakes and I dare say, the experience was worth much more than the final bill.

The service from our waitress was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

I strongly suggest trying out this restaurant for its delicious food, drinks, and attentive service. What truly sets this place apart, though, are the incredible views of Niagara Falls. We were truly impressed and will definitely be returning for future visits.
