Volcano Pizzeria - Niagara Falls

First I have to say that I have been buying my pizza and wings here for years and have always enjoyed them. I have even overlooked her persistently exaggerated claims of her jumbo wings, if they use Jumbo wings, I am the queen of. england now, back to the reason I write this review. the last three combo specials I picked up were terrible. the one pizza crust was so bad that she was crumbling like a cracker while she tried to eat it. in more than sixty years, when I had pizza, I had never had a crust that so shattered. the other two were equally bad with lack of sauce, toppings and proper baking. the one had a crust so thin I couldn't pick it up, it had to eat with a fork. one of the commands was also to involve wings that when counted ended only with none of them jumbo on the way. When I complained, I was asked if you were safe after I had admired him, I could count to deliver him the wing. after the conversation with friends (which always have the same combo as I ordered) I found they had the same complaining and had moved to a new pizzeria. I think I will do the same as their quality and most of the consistency is no longer offered and I am not willing to spend my money to find out if they have improved. this evaluation was offered without embellishment and was given sincerely.

The restaurant mistakenly served us a different type of pepper and there wasn't as much bacon as we expected. However, the pizza was still very tasty!

I ordered a pizza and wing combo for delivery and asked if it came with celery and blue cheese. I was told it came with carrot and blue cheese, which was actually a good thing because I didn't want celery. The delivery was late and the driver had to drive by a few times before finally finding my address. When the order arrived, it was cold and missing the carrots, but did have blue cheese. The wings were only legs. I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing items and was told that's what I ordered. The customer service was lacking and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The owner seemed ignorant on the phone.

I was completely dissatisfied with the food I received from the vulcan. pizza took up within minutes after ordering and it was not hot. wings were not hot. wings were not to be ordered. wings were not jumbo." the owner was not responding to a declaration and without investigation nothing was denied. I think the website is deceptive and the food quality is bad. the service is terrible. If that was the vulcan, as it was for years, it would have been out of business for a long time. Something bad happened to this place. I hope if they order from here that they have a better experience.

I tried ordering from Volcanos via Skip The Dishes and only received my pizza, not the wings I also ordered. The Skip driver informed me that the wings were not given to him and advised me to contact the restaurant. The restaurant was unhelpful and rudely insisted that they had given the wings to the driver. After contacting both the driver and the restaurant, it was discovered that the wings were still at the restaurant and had never been given to the driver. Although Skip The Dishes promptly refunded me, I will not be ordering from Volcanos again as their average food is not worth the trouble.
