Feedback gevenThe last time I visited, the customer service at this restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely like to return in the future.
My wife and I stayed overnight in Niagara Falls, and I woke up early to get us some coffee while she slept. I decided to try the coffee at Wendy's since it was free until the end of May. I ordered two coffees in the drive-thru, but when I reached the pick-up window, I was told that since I was the only person in the car, I could only receive one free coffee. I was disappointed by this policy, as I had only ordered two coffees, not a dozen. This seemed petty to me, and as a result, I won't be returning to this restaurant for breakfast anytime soon.
I recently dined at a new and impressive restaurant. The food met Wendy's exceptional standards and the service was quick. However, the management should focus on hiring staff who are fluent in both of Canada's official languages for customer-facing positions. As an English speaker, I found myself having to ask the counter person to repeat their questions multiple times. It is important for employees in customer service roles to be able to communicate effectively in both English and French in Canada.
Fast, convenient location for lunch or a quick bite. The staff seems friendly, service is fast and I really like the Asian salad and we often grab a Frosty.
Went in for a quick dinner on April 29, 2019, and left before we even ordered. The dining room tables were a mess, as was the dining room floor. Food and paper all over the dining area. Went to the counter to order, and the floor at the counter had paper napkins, paper cups, etc. The kitchen floor was also a disaster. If hygiene can't be maintained by staff out where the public can see, it made me wonder how they handle it in the kitchen. Never going back.
