Big Smoke Burger - Niagara On The Lake

Ordered my large pulled pork poutine at 2:30. Didn't get it until 3:00. When I did it was warm. Not hot. The pulled pork wasn't pulled apart. The cheese hadn't melted. The look on the face of the guy at the cash when I asked him about why it's taking so long was total blank. All in all, not worth wasting your time or money here.

Portions were kind of a rip-off considering the combo was over $20 all in. For a food court meal! It also turned out to be a few dollars more than listed on the menu board for some reason. I can only assume they charge some extra fee like some restaurants in the area. Sneaky.

This restaurant used to be fantastic for burgers, but recently it has taken a serious nosedive in quality.

I went there for burger meal. The guy name bhupinder made delicious burgers omg. Wish I could give him 10 stars. Keep it up man

I order two of the cheese burgers and when I opened my food to eat there was no cheese on the burgers. How does that even make sense. Had I not done takeout I would have complained in store. I will not be coming here again.
