Bojangles - Norfolk

My drumsticks were delish. Hot, steaming and just right. Mashed potatoes were yummy. It has a slightly sour taste which I like. The fries would be delish if I didn't have a garlic allergy my husband loved them. Service was quick abd efficient. Overall, a very good meal with the exception of their sweet potato pie. It was too sweet. Too much crust and very little filling.

Rude. No communication. We love bojangles but this one was horrible. My husband had to ask what the total was and they were short with their response and when they lady gave us our food, she was short. Did NOT say a word. Honestly, these people need better training or just fire them and hire people who KNOW how to communicate. We will NOT be back.

I stopped by to pick up a family meal 12pc with 3 sides, biscuits and a half gallon tea. The meat was good other than missing pieces and the tea had chucks of different colored and textures in it. The fries were had and not double seasoned like i had ordered. I've tried to call with no response. It's my Grandma 91st birthday and that what she wanted. I'm disappointed the service is usually better. I would like some kind of replacement or reimbursement for my 45 dollar order that was missing 1/4 of the chicken, horrible fried and tea was not fit for consumption!!!

I did not have high expectations due to my visit at another Bojangles location, but this location did things the right way. The cashier was friendly, the restaurant appeared clean, and the food was delivered quickly. I had their breakfast, and it was not my favorite of biscuit sandwiches, but it was fine. The hash browns were good, but they were very greasy. I would visit again for lunch or dinner based on the clean, fast, and friendly service.

This is the worst Bojangles I placed my order and the staff Is so unorganized and unprofessional the food Is undercooked and untastful. The one of the help which happened to be a women wanted fuss about what there store and shore drive had which was nothing compared to there store. I called and had to bring my food back because it was undercooked. Walked out to retrieve my card so the manager could refund me and they were having a side conversation about me. So disrespectful and it just rude. I wish I would've taken pictures. Shore drive is so much better and the food is fresh.
