Ruby Tuesday - North Augusta

Ordered a burger medium, it was 100% rare, normally I wouldn't care much about it being undercooked, but it wasn't even edible, it felt like I was eating completely mush. The fries were undercooked as well and honestly the whole meal was awful. Which was surprising because my food is almost always perfect at this location.

Ruby Tuesday in N. Augusta is most disappointing! The most frustrating was the wait staff. The receptionist was indifferent; did not speak loudly enough and appeared annoyed that my friend and I were there. Our waiter was on his phone ; he sauntered over at his convenience. After order was made and placed on the table, he made no further inquiries re: our needs. The salad bar did not appear fresh; selections were limited. The atmosphere overall, was unsettling!!

It looked really busy when we parked so i expected a really long wait time. Got seated within 10 minutes! We didn't have anyone come to our table to take our drink order for what might've been 25 minutes, but they seemed very understaffed and quite busy with to go orders. When we were waited on, the waitress was incredibly kind and apologized for the wait. She took our order and did her absolute best the entire time! The food was delicious, the zucchini was so good that I told my husband I was going to cry lol. It wasn't too loud in there and the folks at the next booth over had a lot of stuff to whisper about their personal life struggles and all their wealthy people gossip so it was dinner AND a show! Overall, it was a fun experience and I recommend you go, even if it's just for the salad bar because oh boy those croutons ARE SO GOOD.

Man! That was quite tasty! It's been a while since I've been to a RT! I don't think there are any in Northern California. One of the only places open on Christmas Eve around 6pm. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Bacon Burger minus pickles and tomato. They brought the bacon bourbon sauce on the side. Which was appreciated because it was a little too sweet for my taste! The burger tasted good. It had a little crunch to the patty. Just the way I like it! Fries were good. The server was excellent! Attentive and on point! He kept my lemonade glasses full! Can headquarters or whatever please come in and fix this restaurant? The bathrooms are worse than a truck stop on a Saturday night and the two drinks that I've gotten from the bar BOTH had fruit flies in them. I really love Ruby Tuesdays and they do a good job on the salad bar (when it's busy, don't go at 3pm) and we don't have good restaurants in North Augusta.
