Dunkin' - North Bergen

This place is very frustrating for DD Perks cardholders like me. I've visited several times and have previously added $2 to $3 to my DD Perks cards without any issues. I also make purchases with my cards to earn points. However, when I tried to add $2.45 to my card today, I was told there was a $5 minimum. I called other locations and found out that I can load less than $5 on my DD Cards.

I didn't rate this place one star because the food is excellent, but you really need to consider hiring a second staff member. I’ve been waiting here for nearly 30 minutes during my work break to pick up food, and I’m not the only one—other people who work at BJ's are experiencing the same wait, if not longer. You should stop trying to cut costs and hire at least one or two additional staff members to help out at this location. The wait time here is comparable to that of a sit-down breakfast restaurant!

I didn't give a star because eating was great, but you have to hire a second person here, I've been here almost 30 minutes in my working time to work with other people who work at BJ's! I'll wait the same time if not more than I wait for dinner. they have to stop reducing the cost and renting a second person or two to help at this point, the waiting time is the same waiting time at a sit down dune in the breakfast restaurant.
