Upper management please read ... Sat night the 11th of nov I was in late to pick up some food The manager lady who was working last night was absolutely the nicest I have ever encountered at any food place She was happy, kind and helpful getting some stuff i needed . I even said I wish everyone was in a good mood like you are Food was really good again but I want this known and it's fair to leave a good compliment for someone like her I didn't get her name but I will next time I'm in thanks Good for her and please people remember a lot of places are still short staffed I realized this 2 years ago so I learned a lesson I can't cook so I am so thankful always people are still out working at restaurants especially fast casual thank you again

Used automated kiosk but had to get coffee cup from team member. Order was marked for here but tossed in a bag. Ordered 20oz latte but was initially given smaller size (which seems a common Panera problem). Bathroom urinal was filthy, has cleaning become a lost art? Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
