Schwefel's - Oconomowoc

We dined at Schwefel's for the first time, and overall, it was a positive experience. I opted for a more authentic German dish, the Schlachtplatter, which featured three different meats along with a few side dishes. The preparation was spot on, and the flavors were delightful. The restaurant has a relaxed, well-lit atmosphere, and the service from the wait staff was outstanding. The prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. It’s a great spot for a meal!

The food was excellent and the portion sizes were generous. We mostly chose from the specials, and the rainbow trout was fantastic. The appetizer platter we shared was the ideal sampler. This place is perfect for gathering with friends, offering a classic supper club atmosphere.

I absolutely adore this supper club! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially to larger groups. The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of German dishes on the menu, as well as classic options like steak, chicken, and fish. You won't be disappointed!

Brother-in-law's wedding reception was held here last weekend. AMAZING!! Decent sized reception room, and bar for smaller sized reception. Staff was super accommodating and attentive! Food....was mouth watering fantastic! Never been here as a restaurantpatron, but we are planning to come back due to the magnificent reception ????

Absolutely amazing food! Super friendly service. Good drinks. Great atmosphere. LEGIT old school Wisconsin supper club. Really enjoyed it. HIGHLY recommend
