Casa Ole - Odessa

My favorite dish is the green sauce—it's so good that I would go there just for that! I always stick to the spinach enchiladas; I can't bring myself to order anything else. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5-star rating is because I've often overheard the staff gossiping about other employees. It seemed like one of them, based on their uniform, might have been a manager.

I had lunch at this restaurant today, and it was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the El Paso plate, which came out hot and fresh. The chips and queso, along with the salsa, were also excellent. For dessert, I tried the fried donuts, and they were incredible as well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The fast food Mexican options are pretty good, but everything feels quite processed; the only things that taste fresh are probably the beans and rice. I make a point to visit every year on my late daughter's birthday since it was her favorite place.
