Fat Jacks Bakery - Odessa

I absolutely love the variety they offer. The customer service is excellent, and the food is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this place. I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried. Their jalapeño kolaches tend to sell out quickly, so be sure to arrive early. They also occasionally hold raffles for prizes. The only reason I wouldn't suggest going multiple times a week is that you might gain some weight from indulging in all their delicious treats. Be sure to swing by before heading to the office to grab some jalapeño kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and lemon bars. They're truly amazing!

I absolutely love this place! My siblings and I really enjoy their kalachis and their cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls are enormous—like a dream come true! I highly recommend it!

The kolaches, or "hogs in a blanket," were absolutely delicious! My family, including my in-laws and my Texan relatives, enjoyed them for brunch, and they really hit the spot. The desserts were also fantastic! The service was professional as well.
