Fazoli's - Odessa

Robert the general manager was most helpful handling a last minute catering event for me, after calling MIDLAND 'S location I was told by their manager he would call me back with prices and making sure he had enough inventory (still waiting on that call btw) in the meantime I called Odessa and Robert walked me through prices, pan sizes and never once made it seem impossible. I appreciate the Odessa Fazolis for helping me out.

Great food for fast Italian was surprised and really enjoyed it

Very impressed by their customer service. They were all very friendly and was greeted and asked if I needed help. A simple yet effective mode of service. A higher class experience feeling; which would rival most restaurants in the area.

7/5/21: I ordered the oven baked sampler with a slice of pepperoni pizza. All the food tasted fresh and the inside of the restaurant is nice and updated.

Watching my eldest discover a new way to eat spaghetti is awesome! He is such a picky eater, so seeing him dig right in just show how delicious Fazoli's is!
