Hooters - Odessa

Sara the bartender did amazing yesterday! Put our orders in very quickly and was amazing at making our drinks. I always love going to see her and her amazing customer service! She actually made the time to talk to us and treat us as friends instead ofjust customers!

This place is nasty. Apparently nobody cleans. Everything is sticky and the restrooms are horrific! Trash is full and looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The food is subpar (literally wings and tots taste like old cooking oil). Plus they arealways out of something. And I get it, Hooters is marketed mainly towards men, but the service is a joke. The waitresses onlyseem to care about getting that big tip from the guys. Even though they have plenty of tables that are still waiting to beseated, to order, or to pay out. We will not be back. We gave them a second chance and it was just as disappointing as the firsttime. Odessa Hooters is definitely a No Go.

I'm giving this place three stars because my wings weren't crispy as I requested, and the staff didn't seem very eager to address the issue. All I wanted was for them to make the wings crispier. However, after speaking with the chefs, they ended up preparing my wings the way I like them. On another note, I felt that the prices were a bit high—$20 for 15 wings seems a little excessive for the service I received.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad, but received just chicken on a bed of lettuce instead. I requested no onions or tomatoes, but it also lacks bleu cheese, and the lettuce doesn’t seem to be spring mix. When I got home and opened the box, I was extremely disappointed. This is really disappointing.

It was nice. The flavor of the wings was good, but they didn't have the wow factor I expected. The fries, on the other hand, were not good at all.
