Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Odessa

I just picked up my online order less than 10 minutes ago, and I am extremely impressed. The restaurant not only provided excellent customer service even though they were closing in 30 minutes, but they also had our order ready before we even arrived, despite having a limited menu selection. I highly recommend this place and am very satisfied with their service. I have never been disappointed.

I have always loved Popeyes, and the food was good today. However, I am giving it 3 stars because when I walked in, only a few tables were in use and some of them were dirty. There was even a large chicken strip on the floor by the entrance. When I tried to order tea, they were out of it. I ended up getting a bad-tasting soda instead. I paid for a drink that I never received. This was around 6:40 in the evening and the restaurant was not busy. Overall, it seemed unprepared and lacking in cleanliness.

The service is okay, but they consistently run out of sauces and side dishes. I keep giving them chances because I empathize with their struggles, but I would choose a different restaurant if I knew they were out of something after placing my order and paying. They should mark items as unavailable or inform customers before ordering. I will have to stop visiting this place due to repeated disappointments. Thankfully, a new restaurant just opened nearby.

That's what I command, and what they give me! and for the first time give me one command, I'll go back, they'll give me another, I'll command the same thing they give me? never come back! if u-boys have to watch what u-order and what they give u!

Went inside, service was good and quick but most of the tables had not been cleaned off and there was a puddle of water that should have been mopped up. Instead a caution cone had been placed on top of it. Seriously???
