Feedback gevenI had to pay a medical bill at lunch today...at a place that regularly screws up my account. I have to pay in person to make sure my account is credited and I don't get sent to collections. It is stressfull. So on the day I pay this bill, I treat myself to Sonic and stress eat delicious fast food in my car. The Sonic on 8th has great service and the ladies who work the lunch shift are really nice. Today, I had the #5 Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It even had an onion ring in it! I rounded lunch out with tots and a Sprite. Eating my feelings of powerlessness and frustration was so satisfying. But I had to hang out of my window to reach the order button. Did the whole menu thing get jacked up a few feet? I know this is Texas and nearly everyone drives a truck...but don't forget about us short people in cars. I'll bring a stick with me next time so I can reach the call button!
The staff this morning were exceptionally friendly! I experienced excellent service. The young woman who took my order and the gentleman who brought our food were both remarkable. It was a wonderful way to start the morning at Sonic!
We come to this restaurant more often than I’d like to admit, but the service is consistently exceptional. Liz, the general manager, is always attentive and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The food typically arrives within five minutes, and the staff always greets you with a smile.
I would give this place 5 stars, but my fries were cold. Also, the carhop asked if I wanted my change. While $4.96 isn't a large sum for me, I place a high value on customer service, and that left me with a slightly negative impression.
