Feedback gevenI came to the subway with 2 toddlers, one of whom is a toddler, and it was far over his dinner time and near the bed. I had a 4-sandwich request and tried to do both the order and the wrangle in my toddler. The worker could no longer have been patient, polite and accommodating. I wish I had got his name, but hopefully someone can see who on that date ca. 6:50 pm worked because he definitely deserves some accusations for such a big customer service. I hope this is coming to him! Thanks again.

Sometimes they don't have enough people and waiting is really long. But it's a good sandwich and can't complain Oh and they never have meatballs, so they don't expect
I have this sandwich for lunch. The bread was a little stiff and the service was not personal, warm or welcoming. I get that the work in Fast Food can be a drag, but if you get a friendly customer in a sea of Rucks, you have almost one to be responsible, nice or at least cordial.
Food was good and the gentleman working was nice but he was the only one working. We had placed an online order that was pretty much useless since he was the only one working I had to wait in line so he had time to make our sandwiches. It was 40 minutes after our pick up time before I was walking out the store with our sandwiches. They need to better staff their restaurants.
