Subway - Odessa

The majority of the food and service at this restaurant is usually good, but today was an exception. The older woman working seemed to be inadequately trained, as she mistakenly gave us a salt and pepper sandwich. She kept shaking the shakers onto the sandwich and then complained that it took longer to cut the sandwich in half than it did for her to make it, despite her job title being "Sandwich Artist."

There was only one person working and it took over 20 minutes to receive a sub.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and friendly. The Subway sandwiches we ordered were delicious, and the cookies were a nice treat to enjoy.

The command was not correct because I didn't say a ranch on my sandwich, but they set it up.

Always friendly staff...even when faced with bad mouthed customers...orders are right fresh... I eat from here at least once a week!
