Adega Gaucha - Orlando

Was just there for my fourth visit and they've earned that fifth star. Service is always impeccable, even when busy they're still a clean and comfortable place to dine. Haven't had a bad item there but my favorites are still the garlic steak, chicken hearts, and the griddled cheese with guava sauce. This is one of the few places I'll eat lamb because they know what they're doing and cook it to perfection. Today they had a tri tip in a buttery cheese crust and it was phenomenal, sadly it's a special item for the time but I hope they'll put it in the regular rotation!
