Buffalo Wild Wings - Orlando

The Fried Pickles were mushy and there was no sauce on the wings.

Great food?. Absolutely love the wings and the nachos. The food was great and the service was even better. She stayed up on everything so our food was hot and perfect and the drinks were constantly coming. We will definitely be the perfect atmosphere again?

Came to eat last night with my family of 5. The server took about 20 minutes after giving us our drinks just to come back and ask for our orders. Our wings and appetizers came out at the same time in about 10 minutes but all were cold. We had no napkins or forks and she never came back to check on us. We ate our boneless wings with our hands and waited about 40 minutes before waving down another server to ask if she could check on my fathers chicken sandwich and get us refills. The server then came back to tell us the sandwich was never made and she would put it in. We waited another 25 minutes before getting the sandwich and just bringing it home. I worked for Buffalo for 2 years so I understand the dinner rushes but it was not very busy and the entire experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Forgot to mention, there were 2 managers standing around the entire time and ignored us every time we tried to wave them down they would look away and walk somewhere else.

Was not impressed at all. Not too busy but by the time out food got to us the French fries were kinda warm and the chicken wings were hot but not crisp. Asked for sauce on the side for half of the order, all of them were covered. Water cups were consistently empty. Was not impressed.
