Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

Rice was undercooked. On my kids create your own taco meal, there wasnt a space to add taco filling selections or special instructions. I foolishly assumed they would just select basic stuff like lettuce or something. Instead she got just chicken, two shells, and two empty sections. Thats all.

I ordered two portions of chicken but only received one, the lettuce was minimal, and the fajitas came with just a small piece of raw onion. I'm really not impressed and I'm quite dissatisfied.

I usually enjoy a delicious Chipotle bowl, but today it was quite disappointing. The bowl was served very cold, there was hardly any barley, and the rice was undercooked.

They claimed they didnt have my order *ever* even though I showed 4 different employees my order. They made me write my order on the back of a receipt while I waited for them to make it.... 39 minutes later, I got my food!
