Cicis - Orlando

As hot as in here. No air conditioning in Central Florida in July! Pizza is pretty decent. The soup has been out since before I came here and the young girls tend the area doesn't seem to speak English.

Be careful to order from here. we ordered a bundle of buffets and they added to a bundle of drinks that we did not even ask. when they had to refund my money, they didn't even give me a refund decision. I believe this was even done by a manager because she was working with others on what was to be done.

It is a good stop for fast, cheap dinner. website is not updated to open opening times and price, so plan on them close earlier and pay $9.99 per adult plus drink. they had some pizza choices, pasta, salad and dessert pizza. it was all fresh. place is usually teens, so they give them a break. we all have to start somewhere.

This location is in the last 2 years down. it used to have a small arcade and eating was good and fresh. it's not even so clean. eating is not so fresh, and they don't have the little arcade. the disney store next door is still open.

This is the worst Cici's ever! My family and I had a horrible experience here. First of all they didn't accept the coupon sent out by Cicis. They said they don't participate and that's a corporate coupon. Next we ordered a spinach pizza for the table being most pizza was out and that is our favorite. We waited and went to go get it. They would only give us 4 small mini slices. Sort of half a small pie. I asked for the whole pizza for our group and was met with attitude. They said they only do half a pizza at a time. To come back later. We came back and still no pizza. The other pizza that was displayed had only one slice on each tray and looked terrible. There was no dessert as well. What kind of buffet has no food?? The woman manager was very confrontational and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never go back to this cicis ever again. We left very unhappy and extremely disappointed. I took pictures as proof. I gave it one star so I could warn you all. It deserves a big fat zero!
