My experience at this place was so far amazing. especially in the night of the Elton-John concert. everyone was enthusiastic and did a fantastic job, although it was so busy. I hope I get the spelling right, but zeasar did exceptional service. quickly work to take to the customers to keep the personal on the point. greet job! the food was delicious! try the chicken steak subs!

I go way out my way any time I am downtown to eat here. Excellent quality. I do not enjoy people calling this place a typical sub shop . Far from it! The meat is sliced in front of you as they make the sub. If you are from up north, you know how hard it is to find authen tic subs. This place is awesome. I love Club Supreme and the Italian equally. Hits the spot and they get it right every time. Definitely stop by. No matter what you try it will be so so good. Nothing downtown compares.

Great subs, can be chaotic at lunch but is worth it. Online order and pickup is a breeze. The setup was a little confusing for me the first few times, you have to pay attention to what all the employees are saying, subs aren't necessarily First In First Out, it's like a NY deli. But learning to keep my eyes open amidst the lunch rush is really worth it. Definitely the best sandwich shop in walking distance downtown. It's hard to believe it's a chain, has a local food feel to it. The manager always is cool. At this location there is great outside seating at the base of 55W, definitely a bonus.

This location is associated with advertises through Pocket Points, which gives you deals at various restaurants. I have used the app at this location before without a problem. After spending my points, the cashier was having trouble cashing me out. The owner got in touch with me and honored the deal. I am very pleased with her customer service.

Great customer service and attention. I needed a quick bite before the sunrail arrived, and they delivered very quickly. My meat ball sub was good but a little flavorless.
