The restaurant has excellent food and service. It is a very nice and clean place with efficient and friendly employees. Plenty of parking is available and it is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is spacious and great for dining in. It is also kid-friendly. A perfect spot for a lunch meal. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I tried PDQ for the first time and stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered a 12 piece nugget with some sides. Unfortunately, the nuggets I received were not up to par - the fries were stale. The title of "people dedicated to quality" seems like a joke based on my experience. The service was for takeout and the meal was for lunch. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would recommend trying the Chicken Tenders and Fries.

I had never had an issue before at this establishment. But recently, while you can clearly tell it’s empty or not busy, I have been told I need to wait “just a couple of minutes” for my food and I have been directed to park on the order pick up spot. I had no issues the times that it took 2, 5 or even 10 minutes for my food to be ready. But today I waited for 28 minutes and that’s just not right. I would’ve definitely appreciated some transparency if there was some sort of issue so then I could consider if 7.5 chicken nuggets were even that worthy.
