Sushi Yummy - Orlando

The food was great, but I was surprised to find an automatic service charge added for a party of 2, when the restaurant's policy stated it was for parties of 6 or more. The hostess didn't seem to grasp my issue, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I had intended to leave a larger tip, but this incident made me hesitant. Proceed with caution when dining here.

Sushi was good. We loved the conveyor belt. It was a little expensive but we were there for the experience. It is inside the mall and was comparable priced to the other restaurants there.

Nope avoid this place at all cost unless you want to get attitude and rudeness while your at the mall. We were looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon here and saw a bunch of empty tables around so we decided to just pick a seat seeing how as we were looking no one even approached us if we would even like to sit. So as we were sitting we realized hey maybe we should just grab some Starbucks since we haven 't been seen or served yet meanwhile so servers were just looking at us not even approaching if we would like to be helped in any way. Since the Starbucks were just by them by the hotel we went over and just grabbed a simple ice water and a iced tea lemonade. We get back and finally saw the one sign in their whole area stating to wait to be seated by the hostess. So we did and soon as we approached her she became so rude and stated oh we don 't allow outside food or drinks so you either throw those out or drink it before I seat you . I mean wow, that 's how you want to talk to customers. I get that restaurants have policies but they are literally an open restaurant meaning they have no walls to cover them and anyone can just go to a food/joint place before they get seated. And all because we had water and a iced tea from Starbucks? As soon as that hostess gave us that attitude we pretty much told her no problem we 'll just eat elsewhere. It was almost like this place don 't want peoples business. Anyway bottom line if your in the area or in the mall just go to the food court or one of the restaurants and you 'll be better and definitely will get better service.

Sushi was very tasty and great. Service was friendly and attentive even offered hubby a to-go drink without even asking. The tip is no longer forced at 18%, in fact no other charges were posted other than the sushi plates we took. Highly recommend for variety plus the mall it's located in is rocking!!! Great stores!! If you have room left there a Cinnabon next to Sushi Yummy.

Disgusting!!!! The driver dove around our apartment building instead of asking for help in finding us he thought it better to just mark the order as delivered and drive off!! I was actually stood outside the building and called to him, then stood in the middle of the road waving my arms at him but the easy option for him was to drive off with my food and essentially $52 of my money!!!!!! when I phoned the restaurant they just picked up the phone and placed it down the counter I could hear them talking , waited 5 minutes but they didn't even apologise for the wait never even picked the phone up again! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!
