Taco Bell - Orlando

I had my best experience at this restaurant in over five years, thanks to a fantastic Taco Bell employee named Nora. She truly stands out for this company. I had been dealing with an issue with the Taco Bell app that made ordering impossible, and no one seemed able to help me until I met Nora. She handled the situation like a true team leader or manager—smart and friendly. I'm really grateful to Taco Bell for having such exceptional employees like her.

This Taco Bell is not just the best in the area; it's one of the finest fast food restaurants I've ever experienced. Occasionally, the lines can get a bit long late at night, but that's to be expected. The staff truly makes the wait worthwhile; they're some of the friendliest people I've encountered as a customer. They ensure your order is prepared exactly as you request. Unlike other Taco Bells, where my food is rarely cooked to my liking, this one consistently gets it right. I'll keep coming back here, even if it means a longer trip from home.

I had the pleasure of being served by Alma, and I must say, her customer service was outstanding! She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her cheerful and welcoming demeanor made the experience even better. I will definitely return for both the delicious food and the fantastic service!

This Taco Bell had a Halloween horror nights drive-thru line. Nobody told them, they were operating like a Chick-fil-A in a mother's at gunpoint hostage situation. Impeccable service on the light speed side. They were so efficient they could barely receive the egregious compliment I was giving them at the time I never seen the Taco Bell function like this normally they just give up and slow the line down until people give up. The old create Quagmire routine . Great show guys.
