I've visited this restaurant a few times before, but today my friend and I waited 40 minutes for a mobile order. The staff told us it wasn't ready and that we had to wait three times, even though the people behind us received their orders placed in-store. Surprisingly, our order was sitting on the Uber shelf the whole time. They clearly knew they hadn't prepared our order, yet just let us wait without any apology, which was really odd. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this place; even their fries were underseasoned.
