Mcgregor's Sportbar - Orsa

Called to book a table early in the day to get a table for the evening for 10 people. No problem getting a table and we were welcome. When we went there to eat, we were given the choice of sitting inside or outside. We chose outside because the weather was nice. They cleared the table for us and they were gone. The table was not washed. We assumed that someone would come up with a menu because we had seen this on the website in advance. No one was to be seen. Sat for quite a while before one of us went to ask. Was greeted by a somewhat dismissive lady at the reception. Went back out to wait a bit. We also noticed from two other tables that the atmosphere was bad due to poor service. Went a second time to ask, then we were told that they only had the buffet and that this had to be paid for when we arrived. We heard nothing about this when we were allocated a place?! We decided to go buy food somewhere else...
