It was close to all the attractions and parks. Highway accessible fairly easy. It had a washer and dyer in the unit. It was just a wonderful experience. I could not give it enough stars....
Wasn't what was pictured it's small no view no access to shopping not in walking must have a car to get around... And there was no one to talk to about the room, very disappointed for me as well as my daughter grieving her 9 yr old son Bryson was hit killed by a construction truck were from Ohio trying to console her loss by having a trip to relieve her sadness , wasn't worth the time to us! ?
The Argentinian churasco/skirt steak was very fatty and was not able to even chew it the service was poor they did sit us down quickly but then we had to wait for like 20 minutes for water and our
It's ok to stay in Orlando resort festiva but the Disney's Port Orleans resort stay for up to 8 days was
I really didn't care for the virtual check-in process. I had a feeling the opening of the door using a cell phone would be a problem and it indeed was. The operator on the phone provided me with a code to unlock the door on the keypad and that didn't work either. Thank goodness there was an actual key located within the lock box next to the door. I was at the resort for a short stay (2 nights), and the stressful check-in process ruined everything for me. Once I finally relaxed and unpacked, I noticed that there were no instructions regarding how to access the internet so I could unwind and watch TV on my Tablet. Unfortunately, this was after 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night and I couldn't reach anyone by telephone until well after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to get the internet access code for the resort. Since everything is done remotely, it would have been nice to include that information in the email regarding the check-in process and the request for the $100.00 credit card deposit. Lastly, around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday night, I planned to iron my clothes for the Sunday affair I was in FL to attend, only to discover there was no ironing board in the unit. Of course, the time was well after 7:00 p.m. Saturday night, but I sent a text message to the number I'd received earlier in the day inquiring about my satisfaction of the stay thus far, to advise that the ironing board was missing from the unit. I received a reply message stating that housekeeping would provide me with an ironing board. Of course, no one from housekeeping came by that night, so I looked outside my door at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning but still no ironing board. As I was preparing to check-out, I opened the door at 9:30 to discover the ironing board next to the door. To my knowledge, no one knocked on the door. At this point, I was in the process of transporting my belongings to the car for the 10:00 a.m. checkout. The resort and unit were very nice but if I must go through this check-in process again, I will not be returning to Festiva Orlando.
