Sassi Italian Deli - Ossining

I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing, especially compared to the majority of other reviews. I would have been better off making a sandwich at home instead of wasting nearly $18 on a poorly made sandwich that had clearly been microwaved. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even finish a quarter of it. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. It truly was a letdown.

I really enjoyed the chicken wings and mashed potatoes! The restaurant was very clean inside. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

This has been my favorite place for breakfast. The staff is consistently friendly.

I'll update this review once I’ve had a chance to eat there, but I want to point out that the hours listed on Google are incorrect — they close three hours earlier than stated. They don't have a website to check this information either. I called before their sign indicated closing time (3 PM), but no one answered; I assumed they were just busy. I walked for about an hour to try this place based on my roommate's recommendation, but now it looks like I’ll have to settle for ordering a pizza instead.

The best Italian food on the planet! The staff is friendly and genuinely caring.
