The Traveler's Rest - Ossining

We had my bridal shower here, they made a fabulous brunch for us. Nelson, his team was so courteous and so sweet! Everyone raves over the room, eating the wonderful staff! Will definitely have future events at Travelers Rest!

Beautiful event, delicious food, attentive and friendly staff made my daughter bridal shower a wonderful experience. Everyone carved about how pretty both the room and the outside area was. The food, from the appetizers to the party cake was delicious and plentiful. Nelson worked with me during the planning to make the day smooth. I found him very accommodating with my frequent questions. We are lucky to have a beautiful venue in this part of Westchester.

Nelson and his employees are more than amazing. He will do everything your vision is to host an amazing party. The food is amazing, and the venue is absolutely beautiful and very clean. I have held two events there and look forward to throwing more. I wouldn't even guess second to use this place for a special party or dinner.

They went beyond and beyond to make my sisters January 2022 baby shower an absolute pleasure for all! Professional and first-class friendly staff, magnificent renovations throughout the building, the charm of the crisp fireplace, NOT A DETAIL WAS MISSED! (and we have demanded a lot! The food in our brunch was delicious and the guests shaved over the beautiful custom cake, which was as delightful inside as outside! The staff is even packed to enjoy discs for guests after our event. If you are looking for an event room in which you will see your vision Travelers Rest Events will be my highest recommendation! We had our baptism reception for my son at Travelers Rest and it was a huge success. In the weeks and days leading up to the event the owner met with us personally and we went over the menu and other requests. Everything was taken care of with understanding and professionalism. When the day came the staff performed admirably and the food was too notch. The beautiful gardens outside provided a place for kids and adults to stretch their legs and a backdrop for amazing photographs. We were also provided a copy of the Toast via security cameras after failing to record it ourselves. They went above and beyond at the Travelers Rest and will be back again for future events.
