Beach Food Lutosa - Ostende

They are incredibly unpleasant and they made me pay more than the price shown!! And the quality of the dishes is not the level since it is only already done and just heated dishes that do not have much taste. Moreover, no professionalism and customer service, they fight in front of you and confuse themselves in the orders.

I liked this restaurant where I was able to restore myself for cheap. Good fresh fries. The bathroom was free for me. I recommend.

Good for troubleshooting but fries are of poor quality (very fine) and too cooked. The establishment does not pay a mine and is doubtful at the cleanliness level.I do not recommend going.

From one, this establishment is devastated, it's room its stench, it's old and slim. In the toilet is the same story. The staff is unpleasant and it looks like they're forced to do this job. The ice I bought for 2,50!! was impossible to consume. Dude! And tell me if I'm wrong but a hamburger for 3.80 it still can't be a piece of dry hamburger meat on a little crudity in a piece of dry baguette with BEAUCOUP sauce. And 3 euro for stinky fries crame oil, I think it's a little too much.. I couldn't eat anything in this place. 0 stars is horrible. I went back crying.

If I could have put a negative note, I would have. First of all, the dirty restaurant (and I think it is) then I understood nothing about what the person who took orders said, it seemed to relieve him to do his job. Then I went there with a friend and paid €3.80 while my friend paid €4.80 go get the error. In short, I do not recommend at all the reception is lamentable food, these are warm things (crêpes bought like at crossroads and warmed with microwaves and the same for waffles) and hygiene leaves a desirer.
