Good service quality excellent price just a small lack of professionalism for the service a little slow

It's a shame what's happening here, this place should be closed IMMEDIATELY!! Reading the other negative reviews here, we can only confirm this. People will never come back here after their bad experiences, so they feed purely on the ignorant day trip tourists, and they know that all too well! As long as the money comes in, cash register. Some examples: my friend ordered a “grande brochette with garlic sauce”, which was simply an ordinary and overcooked deep-fried satay, I had to help get the pieces of meat off the skewer. I myself had a “quack” tough stew. Fries were substandard. The chef himself is behind the stove, I would be ashamed in his place. Received a coke in a warm glass that just came out of the dishwasher. Too much money for what you would get in a real chip shop in a much more decent way. The place doesn't look clean either, the staff is of retirement age, everything happens hastily (it really was NOT busy), no eye contact or empathy when taking orders, constantly looking around nervously (for what... for nothing actually), regularly standing with dishes on. the wrong table. We had our eye on the table next to us the whole time, a grandmother with two grandchildren, the girl got her food first, when her plate was almost empty the food came from the grandmother, we asked for puree, got fries, then the puree came. anyway, it turned out that her gratin of fish from the Aldi freezer clearly came from a box, and when her plate was half empty, only the grandson's plate arrived (the girl had emptied her plate in the meantime), SHAME! And no, again, it wasn't busy at all, more than half the tables were empty, so this can't be an excuse. The coastal catering industry does not always have a good name, there are really good businesses, but this business is a complete flop and drags the name of the coastal catering industry far into the depths.

We have been coming here for 15 years. Our last two experiences have just been horrible. The lady serving is just totally rude. We feel like we're boring him. If she doesn't want to work anymore, let her change jobs. We came 2-3 times a year to eat an ice cream and/or drink a cocktail (with an aperitif board). We will go elsewhere. Service: 1

I have been coming to this establishment for 35 years. For the past 1 or 2 years it has become a disaster. When the waitress comes near the customers complaining and muttering under her breath, it's not pleasant. In addition a smile and a HELLO regardless of the language is a minimum. Maybe think about retiring.... I think this is the last time for me. Service: 1
