Second Cup - Ottawa

Visited one late evening. It was decorated for the holidays. I haven’t been to second cup in awhile. There was so much to choose from, nutty flavours, matcha, smoothies, cake and bagels etc. Ended up going with a classic hot chocolate, it wasn’t severed in a mug. I sat and enjoyed the warm ambiance. Though they were short staffed and it took some time I didn’t mind it. The service was friendly!

Good selection, clean, pleasant service. Jeet was great helping my kid and I to choose a flavour on our last visit. Super friendly and funny, made our visit pleasantly memorable!

Burned flavored coffee in my latte. Will not be supporting this establishment. My wife's London fog was good. Don't know why they thought serving sub par latte at approx $6 was acceptable.

This lady with the long nails and lots of make up (sorry I don't know the name) on Friday Sep 29th 330pm. Well, you couldn't be more impolite and rude if you tried to. My wife and I were really appalled by her attitude. Both coffees went straight to garbage, where they belonged as they tasted burnt. Last time as this location. Not the first time this lady comes as rude.

Coffee was Ok, but store is very dirty. Theres garbage, lying around the outside patio, cigarette butts. The washroom seemed like it hadn't been washed in over a weeks time.
