Feedback gevenI requested a cancellation and refund two months before my reservation date. That's well within their one month rule. Hotel said fine but kept making odd requests including: 1) my credit card number via email, 2) that I phone a local bank director to make a bank transfer. They claimed they could not issue a refund via my credit card even though every other hotel on the planet does that.After several non-productive emails with the hotel, had to ask my credit card company to credit the amount. What a hassle! After many phone calls and emails the credit card company finally credited me.
