Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Oviedo

The staff is lovely and the restaurant is clean, but the quality of the smoothies here doesn't compare to other locations. I have visited this place four times with different employees, hoping that the smoothies would improve, but unfortunately they have not. Each location should offer the same quality, but this one falls short. Perhaps some retraining would help with the smoothies. I only come here because it's close to work, but the smoothies haven't improved. Retraining would greatly benefit this place. Hopefully the manager will consider this and retrain the employees. Besides this, the customer service is good, they just need to focus on the quality of the smoothies. As a former Tropical Smoothie manager from Waterford UCF, I would definitely change my review if the smoothies improve.

I recently visited the restaurant at Winter Park and had a terrible experience. I ordered two smoothies for delivery, and they were the worst smoothies I have ever tasted. They had a watery consistency and a strange fruit flavor that was so unpleasant we ended up throwing them away. I will never order from this place again.

The drink tasted like a muddy iced drink instead of a smoothie, making it a waste of money. I would avoid coming back to this place due to the mistakes and the unhappy workers.

I came to a pretty busy time, so I expected to wait when I saw the line. but that gave me time to watch her employees. I wait for about 10 minutes, each of the three girls have avoided the eye contact with everyone, had a firm cascalier on their faces and even during the interaction with customers, they never smiled. not even if a customer joked with one of them. I am supplemented, because as busy as they were, it seemed no sense for these girls for filthy. it's sad, because I worked with her owner on school fund and she's very nice. Hopefully they can work on it because, while they are not mean by themselves, their unfortunateness is kind of contagious.
