My wife ordered a carrot cake for my birthday and asked if it could be customized with golden raisins, pineapples, and coconut. We really appreciate the chef accommodating our request! Usually, my wife bakes the cake herself, but with our busy schedules, we decided to rely on Bonnie Ray's Bake Shoppe this time. Thank you for the delicious carrot cake with those extra toppings—it was fantastic! Trust me, if you're a fan of golden raisins, pineapples, and coconut, you won't be disappointed. And don't forget to add the pecans!
