Bp - Padbury

Very bad shopping experience. Sometimes I go to this BP to refuel. It is always expensive on the same Liters of gas than other BP. So today I had a look my bill and found that I was been overcharged. When I asked to refund the difference, the cashier tried to find a lot of excuses to refuse doing refund. And He was very rude to me. This store is cheating on the customers. So have to always check ur bills if you shopping here.

Worse coffee(mostly burnt), poor customer service, incompetent staff...!!

I absolutely love the diesel and ice cream here. Occasionally, I'll grab a roll, but only after indulging in a big meal. I appreciate how clean the refrigerator windows are, as it allows me to quickly spot the double espresso when I'm in a rush. I really enjoy this place!

I have visited this service station several times on my way to work, and each experience has been wonderful. There’s a lovely lady who works there—I'm sorry I haven’t caught her name, but she has lilac-colored hair. She is a delight to be served by, and I really admire her customer service. Thank you!

Customers deserve to be treated with respect. I had the worst experience with the service here. I won't be coming back.
