Cin Cin - PALERMO

A fabulous restaurant. very good attention, but not intrusive service. the food was excellent and well prepared with some delicious aromen. the lemon mousse is to die, and the red Sicilian wine that our waiter had recommended was excellent (a Sicilian grape with a similar taste as merlot). highly recommended.

Great restaurant! I've come here before and had only salate, but everything looked so elegant. service was friendly and friendly. Hygiene is at a very high level. it was such a pleasure to eat here at lunchtime. I will definitely do it again.

Vincenzo is a talented chef who has traveled the world and has applied his experiences to push the boundaries of the Sicilian cuisine. recommend your cooking course!

Cin cin is a must. we have made the cooking class now twice - delicious fresh food, big cooking and a fun time. we have learned so much and had a wonderful day with vincenzo. the cooking class is actually 2 tours in one. we started tour on the market with an espresso and cappuccino then looked through the market to see what was fresh. during the excursion vincenzo gives an informative tour along with tasting! we had fresh boiled arancini and panella and spleen for the daring members of our group. after the snacks (which are a small meal), vincenzo bought fresh fish, vegetables and brot, which we were in his restaurant cin cin. once in the restaurant were our wine glasses filled and we began to cook our meal. there were so many delicious dishes that we cooked with help and instructions from vincenzo. After the work was finished, we sat down to the ground. I recommend this trip. if they do this class, they can skip the street eating tour because it is all included in the cin cin cooking class. vincenzo and cin cin is like leaving a dear friend. I can't wait to do it again.

All meals have been exquisite, the atmosphere was pleasant. The vizit to the restrant Cic-Cin will be unforgettable for us.
