Domino's Pizza - Palo Alto

I called this store to get a receipt for a catering order and they were extremely rude, and hung up on me. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

Call to place an order today!! 02/26/2024 a lady answered me!! I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he told me NO!! He immediately cut me off!! This is the kind of service they give!!

Dominos truly is at the bleeding edge of pizza technology; their new AI partnership with Microsoft and patented Pizza Tracker system allow you to watch your dining experience deteriorate in real-time. I placed an order using the Dominos app, and the pizza tracker showed that my delivery time was ~85 minutes. Not optimal, but I want some take-out pizza, so I'm willing to wait. I assumed that the pizza would hit the oven ~15 before the estimated delivery. Nope. Pizza went in the oven IMMEDIATELY, then sat at the pass for over 45 minutes before it was delivered. I honestly don't know why they even bothered to put it in the padded, thermal pizza transport contraption. The pizza was basically room temp when it arrived. I have only myself to blame for this disappointing experience because, although I am new to the area, I failed to check any google reviews for this location before ordering, many of which reported similar experiences. It's clear that whoever is running this location has no idea how a pizza delivery business should work. They're mass-producing pizza orders as they come in and then stacking them in the car for some poor dude to deliver on an hour-long trek. And it's not like this is a one-off; read the reviews. They know what's happening; they're just not willing to do anything about it. This location might actually make a decent pizza, but it's not worth it to order delivery. If you absolutely MUST get your pizza here, go pick it up. I've learned my lesson and will never order from this location again.

Order took 40 minutes longer than the app said, staff tried to give me the wrong order when I arrived and the pizza wasn’t

Avoid this particular location on Cambridge Ave. After they delivered an incorrect order (the pizza was also cold), I called them and they promised that they would deliver a new pizza. I called them back after an hour to check on that order but every time someone picked up the phone, they hung up (they have caller ID). This happened at least five times. I used a different phone to call and got through. The person on the other end told me that the pizza would be out of the over in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to call back again but they kept hanging up (I lost count). Avoid this location at all costs. They have the worst customer service.
