The Wine Room - Palo Alto

Very bad service. As a tourist I was pretty shocked and disheartened. Was ignored for a very long time when we came in (we were not seated or greeted even) and when we got the attention of a waiter, finally, he questioned my order for whatever reason our waiter gave us attitude for it. We came in twice the same night as we thought the bad service was because it was busy the second time we came (less busy) we realised the bad service was because the waiters were hanging with their selected customers and ignoring anyone else coming in that didn’t suit their taste it seems.

I’ve been regular customer for the past year. Definitely recommend! They will help guide you as to what you like. Exceptional service! Especially Eddie and David! Will continue being back and recommending! Thank you!

Had a wonderful time on a busy Friday evening thanks to sommelier Eddie! He also gave us fantastic recommendations for our winery tour in Livermore the next day. Can't wait to go back to The Wine Room!

This place is so cozy and nice. I have tried only one wine so far here. I am impressed. Great wine collection as well.

We stumbled across the Wine Room completely by accident recently, and we were immediately drawn in by this charming little building with its unique doorway! The inside feels cozy and welcoming, the broad selection of high quality wines by the glass was a pleasant surprise given the reasonable prices. I highly recommend this wine bar for those who are looking for that comfortable old-school Parisian wine bar feeling. This is wine like it's supposed to be: a beautiful everyday and spontaneous pleasure :
