We know this place in Parma having been there several times for lunch. Exceptional raw materials, traditional dishes all strictly homemade. The cook is present and friendly. Yesterday for Easter, however, as a fixed menu we were a little disappointed, a very poor starter, the artichoke pie was a miserable cube of savory pie, not much cured meat. The asparagus and pea lasagna had no flavor and little, it wasn't delicate, it had no flavor at all unfortunately. Strictly homemade pasta, both the cappelletti and the lasagna sheets. The service was not up to their usual standard, sometimes they forgot about us, like a dessert that we had to ask for, sometimes the cutlery was not returned after having taken it away. Apart from these two slightly negative notes, the place is a beautiful place, very particular in its furnishings and the food is certainly good.
