I visit this place frequently, and the quality can vary, but today was absolutely PERFECT! Just look at these crispy, delicious jalapeño poppers, and the original thick burger is spot on as well! I don't usually give fast food a full 5 stars, but wow! That chef deserves a significant raise—not just a promotion, but a substantial increase in pay!

I just left this restaurant because my daughter received a gift card from her school. It was surprising that they wouldn’t allow me to redeem it. The cashier said they don’t accept gift cards. I was really disappointed.

I often visit this place for convenient takeout, particularly for their chicken sandwiches, which are delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Just a heads up: the wait time at the drive-thru can be quite long.

The food is great as always but the staff is underpaid and this creates an uncomfortable atmosphere because you can feel their stress. Pay more and your employees will be able to serve with a smile.

I usually don't waste time writing about fast food chains. First, service was fine, but the chicken was extra salty and rubbery. Also, grilled chicken and a coke was $15! I should have just gone to Chick-fil-A.
