Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Pasadena

I came here last minute decision for dinner downside was they didn’t have items of everything but to be fair I did come late but I’m also starving and pregnant so panda sounds good. Chow mein, string bean chicken and orange chicken! I also made a Contribution to childrens donation. Thank you and it was deliciously greasy

Hot, Fresh Food. Portions (too small) don't fit the size of container (big container). Overall, good tasty food. Service is great.

I ordered a large burger (1/2 lb) and found it to have too much meat for my liking. Next time, I think I'll opt for the medium size (1/3 lb). However, their fries are quite good!

This is one of my favorite hamburger chains. It's located across from Pasadena City College, and similar to Five Guys, you can customize your burger to your liking. I ordered the Original Fat Burger for $7.00 and a side of Fat Fries for $3.50, and it was fantastic! The quality was comparable to that of a full-service restaurant, even though it's a fast-casual spot. The staff were friendly, and there’s free parking in the back lot.

Terrible service. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the value of providing good service. I asked for ranch dressing more than three times, but each time I was given blue cheese dressing instead, which I'm allergic to. If I hadn't caught this mistake, I could have ended up very sick.
