Panda Inn - Pasadena

This restaurant is a favorite for my family celebrations. There’s plenty of space and parking available. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The food is amazing! I highly recommend the Panda Beef. While walk-ins are welcome, I suggest making a reservation for larger groups. The take-out option is also excellent, as the portions are always satisfying.

This is a fantastic venue for large gatherings. The food was plentiful, and the lazy Susan at the center of the table made sharing a breeze. The service was quick, and the staff was enthusiastic and attentive. The mixed drinks were excellent, and the special fortune cookies at the end provided a delightful conclusion to a lovely family dinner.

I was eager to try Panda Inn, thinking it was the original restaurant that inspired Panda Express. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but I found it to be a bit pricier than other Chinese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. The dishes we ordered included honey walnut shrimp, hot and sour soup, and, of course, orange chicken. I preferred the honey walnut shrimp, as I found the orange chicken to be a touch too salty for my taste. The honey walnut shrimp was quite standard but flavorful. As for the hot and sour soup, it was milder than I expected. One highlight for me was their lucky cookies—were they ever sweet!

Very nice restaurant with good service and great food. It is a look back on the way restaurants are used to decor with original wood and authentic statues and ambience. Sitting is very comfortable and especially the food is very good. Food and everything was delicious. Beautiful menu options with options to all tastes with fair prices. Free parking for your comfort. Good place to have a great lunch or dinner. Very recommended .

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Pasadena. It?s more of a formal sit down style restaurant with excellent decor and white cloth tables. I love their calamari and it was the best but they stopped serving it. Hoping they bring it back, but I highly recommend the phoenix chicken, chicken corn soup the fish with black bean sauce. It?s Chinese food done at a high level and customer service has always been on point. I highly recommend this spot.
